Drink tap water. Estonia’s tap water is clean and safe. Please bring your own reusable bottle.

Use public transport and walk. The conference venue and hotels are within walking distance. Participants will receive a free public transport card.

Separate your waste. Please use the designated bins for paper, plastic, glass, and bio-waste.

Enjoy a plant-based menu. 80% of the food served is plant-based, with no beef or pork. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are provided.

Avoid single-use items. All tableware is reusable – please take care when using it.

Go digital. Most conference information is provided digitally. Please avoid unnecessary printing.

Return your badge and lanyard. Paper badges and reusable lanyards will be collected for recycling or future use.

Eat responsibly. Food orders are planned carefully to minimise waste. Any surplus will be shared or donated.

Help save energy. We use energy-efficient solutions; please switch off lights and devices when not in use.
