The a-Gnostics team is developing a system for predicting breakdowns in industrial equipment using machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques.
To predict breakdowns of electric motors, sound is used, it is analyzed by the AI, and the user gets a hint whether the electric motor is running normally, or is in overdrive or heavy duty mode

Analysis of the sound of industrial equipment
✔️ The technology for receiving data (sound of equipment operation) is a cell phone. The company eliminates the need to install expensive sensors on each piece of equipment.
✔️ The mobile application does not require additional actions from the operator to move to the installed workplace to a stationary computer for data transfer and analysis.
✔️ The issue of knowledge transfer to new employees is solved: training on how to hear the motor running normally or not normally
